- Choose your ride type.
- Confirm your booking and track your driver in real time.

❓ I can’t find my driver – what should I do?
- Check the live map in the app.
- Use the in-app call or message option to contact the driver.
- If the driver cancels, you can easily rebook another ride.

🚦 How do I receive ride requests?
- Log in to the ONECAB Driver app.
- Go online to start receiving job requests.
- Accept a request and follow the in-app navigation.
💰 How do I get paid?
- Earnings are tracked inside the app.
- Payouts are made weekly to your registered bank account.
- View trip history and earnings in the My Wallet section.
🛠 I can’t log in to my driver app.
- Make sure you’re using the correct phone number and password.
- Check your internet connection.
- If the problem continues, contact support 01908 831211.
🔒 Safety & Security Your Safety First
- All ONECAB drivers are verified and licensed.
- Trips are GPS tracked for passenger and driver safety.
- In case of emergency, use the in-app SOS button or call local authorities immediately.
